Galeria Labirynt Plaza is situated in Plaza Shopping Centre. The entrance is on the ground floor on the side of Ofiar Katynia Street, next to the entrance to CityFit gym. All the gallery’s rooms are on the ground floor.

Galeria Labirynt Plaza is open only when exhibitions are held in there. Then it is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sunday from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The majority of events held in the gallery are free. However, some events organised by the gallery’s partners should be paid for. In this case, people with disabilities can buy discount tickets and their personal assistants have free entry.

People with hearing disabilities can ask for a tour in the Polish Sign Language. All exhibition openings are interpreted into the Polish Sign Language.
People with visual impairments can ask for a tour with audio description and tactile materials. These tours must be previously arranged via e-mail (agata.sztorc@labirynt.com).

Galeria does not have its own parking area. There is a public parking along Ofiar Katynia Street with three parking places for people with disabilities closer to Lipowa Street.

Galeria can be accessed using the services of the Public Transport Authority. According to the operator, there are low-floor buses and trolleybuses passing close to the building in Lipowa Street. The two closest bus stops are Lipowa Cmentarz 01 and Lipowa Cmentarz 02 (lines 8, 15, 20, 32, 40, 44, 155, 151, 158, lines 11 and 30 only on weekdays).

 On the way between these bus stops and Galeria Labirynt Plaza, there are pedestrian crossings with traffic lights, audible signals and dropped kerbs.

The gallery’s entrance door is made of glass and metal. It opens with a handle to the left and outwards. Opening the door requires considerable effort. The width of the open door is 138 cm.

Galeria consists of one exhibition hall and one toilet. The layout of the gallery is very simple.

Opposite the entrance, there is a ticket office behind a curved counter which is 112 cm high.

The toilet for visitors has the icons of people on the door.

There is no emergency call inside.

The door is located in a relatively narrow (115 cm) passage. The handle is placed close to the wall on the right and can be problematic to reach. The light switch is on the right at the height of 135 cm.

The door opens to the left and outwards. The width of the open door is 92 cm.

The toilet has free space for manoeuvring (150 x 150 cm).

The room’s layout does not allow placing a wheelchair beside the toilet bowl and transferring to the toilet seat sideways because there is a washbasin next to the toilet bowl. The toilet bowl is 46 cm long and has two grab bars on each side.

The washbasin has a little pedestal, which makes it difficult to locate a wheelchair next to it properly. The tap of the washbasin has a short handle.

The paper towel dispenser is located at the height of 117 cm.
