Galeria Labirynt, 5 Popiełuszki Street
opening: November 14th, 2018 (Wednesday), 12.00 p.m.
open until November 21st, 2018 (Tuesday – Sunday, 12 p.m. – 7 p.m.)

The exhibition is a summary of yet another year of cooperation between Galeria Labirynt and the residents of the Mother Theresa of Calcutta Social Welfare Residential Home in Lublin. The show presents art works executed at meetings and workshops during which creative activities related to the gallery’s exhibition program were carried out. The exhibition is complemented by works created with support of Janusz Padziński in the art studio at the Residential Home and during workshops with Anna Szary on the European Day of Artistic Creativity.
The object presented at the exhibition are the result of individual and group work of the participants of the meetings held at Galeria Labirynt and the Residential Home. The title of the exhibition refers to great dedication that is characteristic of the Residential Home people.
It is also an attempt to look at these works as a space of freedom and conscious decision-making. In the gallery space we are also showing portraits of the authors, who wish to be presented as they are.
There is still loads of work ahead of us.
