Lublin Forum for Culture results from the need to talk about the current state of culture in Lublin and its future. Everybody who wishes to discuss the proposed topics is welcome to participate in the event:

● Artistic and Cultural Non-formal Education (Anna Szary, Agata Sztorc)
● Digital Culture: 0 or 1? (Piotr Celiński)
● Invisible Inhabitants. Presence of foreigners in spaces for culture (Anna Szadkowska)
● The Potential and Needs of Visual Arts Circles (Waldemar Tatarczuk)
● Participation of the Disabled in Culture (Rafał Lis)
● City of/without Women. Is Lublin an inspiration for women? (Magdalena Długosz)
● Culture for the Young. What are the expectations of high-school students? (Agnieszka Cieślak, Agata Sztorc)

Forum aims are to formulate the postulates regarding the development of culture in Lublin, exchanging ideas, establishing new contacts. Anyone who wishes to have some influence on the shape of Lublin culture may participate in the event.

Lublin Forum for Culture – a local seminar organised by the Municipal Council within the project “CreArt (Network of Cities for Artistic Creation)” co-financed by the European Union programme “Creative Europe”. The network constitutes of 12 partnership cities of 9 European countries. Apart from Lublin and Valladolid (with Spain as the leading partner) these are: Genova (Italy), Clermont-Ferrand (France), Katowice (Poland), Rouen (France), Lecce (Italy), Liverpool (UK), Kaunas (Lithuania), Aveiro (Portugal), Zagreb (Croatia), Skopie (Macedonia). Galeria Labirynt is the factual and substantive partner of the project in Lublin.
