Unifor Ecsd Collective Agreement

1.6 The Department reserves all management rights, unless otherwise stated in this collective agreement. 1.7 The implementation of this collective agreement does not lead to a teacher currently employed earning less than the salary calculated under a previous collective agreement, unless TEBA and the association have agreed to it. School services will provide the committee with job descriptions and other relevant employment materials that will be requested by the committee. The committee will present a report to TEBA and the association to inform on the next round of negotiations. The association and the TEBA appoint their representatives within thirty (30) days of the ratification of this agreement and the Committee begins its work within sixty (60) days of the ratification of the essential conditions. 15.2 „central post” refers to any object that is in italics in this collective agreement. 16.5 It goes without saying that the department, teachers or the local association can take the next step if the complaint is not found satisfactorily in any stage of the appeal procedure within the time frame. If the grieving teacher or the local association misses the timetable, the complaint is deemed closed. These deadlines are mandatory, unless they are extended by mutual agreement. (3) For the duration of this collective agreement, the main minimum aid is not subject to network increases. 16.4.1 Step 1: a complaint must be made within twenty (20) days of classes following their appearance or from the day the teacher should reasonably have known of his appearance. The complaint must be written down and indicate the nature and circumstances of its entry, as well as the party or parts of the collective agreement that were allegedly violated, as well as the corrective measures requested.

2.6.1 In centralized table negotiations, representatives of the association and TEBA meet no later than 30 days after the announcement of collective bargaining. At the first meeting, the association and TEBA will exchange details of all requested changes. Educational support staff of the Edmonton Catholic School Committee advise the new collective agreement with salary increases and interest representation prog 1.11.1.2 The department agrees that it should not make changes to staff policy/guidelines and/or current working conditions that are not included in the collective agreement without the issue being addressed by the Workers` Relations/Association Liaison Committee, consisting of a maximum of six (6) representatives, appointed by local representatives and up to six (6) representatives of the division. 15.9 Representatives of TEBA and the association meet within 15 days of operation to discuss the difference or at a later date, which is consensual for both parties. By mutual agreement between TEBA and the association, representatives of the division concerned by the difference may be invited to participate in the discussion on difference. 2.2.2 In the absence of an agreement, the matter is decided by arbitration at the end of the PECBA.
