The Art of Events – Workshops in Instructions

During this year’s winter break, we would like to invite children and teenagers to participate in the new educational project of Galeria Labirynt – Art of Events!

The events we mention refer to the artistic instructions created by the Fluxus group, according to which the artists created activities that broke the border between traditionally understood art and reality.

The workshops are based on creating activities and actions inspired by selected works of contemporary art that can be performed at home or outdoors. Each of the workshop’s topics is prepared in a form of instruction.

Where can you find the instructions? The tasks are going to be available every two days in an interactive form on the Padlet platform.

The classes encourage discovering contemporary art, shaping the participants’ autonomy in acquiring knowledge. Tasks can be performed at home, becoming a part of the daily routine, and in the urban space, on the bus, in a store or during a walk.

The results of the workshops work sent by participants are going to be made available on the internet profiles of Galeria Labirynt. Works can be sent at: edu@labirynt.com
