About event

Is running away a good way to get through? Are derelicts and wastelands a legitimate pilgrimage destination? Is the motherland the Promised Land for the Vagabond? Where does the desire for social desertion, like that of a lone kamikaze penguin, come from? In an attempt to answer these questions, a performative analogue sound projection will be made. The show will be handled by Radek himself and sounded by Malina and Ada Bultowicz.

The realisation is inspired by Malina Bultowicz’s melodeclamation presented at the exhibition “A Song About My Family”.

When: 11.03.2023 (Saturday), shows take place at 6:00 p.m., 6:20 p.m., 6:40 p.m.
Where: Galeria Labirynt, ul. Ks. J. Popiełuszki 5, Lublin
Accessibility: The event takes place on the ground floor. The gallery has 6 portable induction loops. The event is unfriendly for people sensitive to intense sensory stimuli.
Admission: included in the ticket price to the gallery (PLN 5/2).
Conducting: Radek Bultowicz.

Radek /eRBu/ Bułtowicz – visual “fixture” of concerts, theatre performances and events with, among others: Grazyna Auguścik, Tomasz Stanko, John Scofield, groups Morion Trio, Dazkarieh, Ścianka, Melt Yourself Down. eRBu realises the “mapping” of a stage or interior, with the idea that a screen is not enough. He often uses liquids in the visuals – he uses, among other things, slide projectors, which gives the possibility to “wave” the screen and the whole space. He realises the aforementioned background ornaments together with the impression of time-lapse animation using analogue devices!
