Improvisa – Life in Motion. The artists

After a hard choice based on criteria such as the ideas for the project and artistic background, we are glad to announce the selected artists that will collaborate in IMPROVISA-Life in Motion. The artists are:

• Smaragda Nitsopoulou (Greece)
• Ema Ferreira (Portugal)
• Renata Jaworska & Marcus Schwier (Poland/Germany)
• Claudio Beorchia (Italy)

IMPROVISA. Life in Motion is an EU cultural project aiming to increase access to culture and heritage for the younger audiences and communities who have a difficulty in accessing museums, through the exploration of interaction tools, using digital and mobile technologies.

Coming up next, we are going to work all together in a “co-creation” lab to start developing art-based activities. Artists’ residencies and workshops with various audience groups will follow in the participating museums in Athens, Poland and Slovenia from this fall, with further planning depending also on the Covid-19 pandemic.
