Galeria Labirynt

About event

Since 2019 Galeria Labirynt has been implementing the “Gallery for All” project financed by the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme. The project is based on the visits of educational staff and volunteers to foreign contemporary art institutions. The visits, or mobility, were based on job shadowing, which is observation of the work of educators in selected museums in Spain, Greece, and Germany. The host institutions are: MACBA Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Barcelona, EMST National Museum of Contemporary Art Αthens, Hamburger Bahnhof – Museum für Gegenwart – Berlin.

People participating in the visits observed educational workshops and guided tours aimed at adults, the elderly and people with disabilities. As part of the trips, meetings were also held with non-governmental organisations that operate in the area of including migrants in cultural activities.

During the project summary meeting, participants are going to talk about the host institutions and present selected good practice regarding education of people and accessibility for people with disabilities.

The meeting is going to be interpreted into the Polish sign language (PJM) by Ewelina Lachowska.

Participants of the meeting: Barbara Gryka, Krystian Kamiński, Emilia Lipa, Monika Rejman, Agata Sztorc-Gromaszek, Waldemar Tatarczuk.

Production: Karol Jakóbczyk

Polish sign language (PJM) communication: Wioletta Stępniak.
